Warranty and Returns
Customer Returns:
If you have purchased a Hot Chillys product that has a manufacturing defect please take it back to the store you purchased it from for an exchange – Returns are subject to store policy if returned for a reason other than a manufacturing defect. Hot Chillys cannot accept returns directly, but supports all returns through the retail store.
Retailer Returns:
Please contact Hot Chillys Customer Service at 800-468-2445 to receive a Return Authorization. All returns must be clearly marked with the RA# on the outside of the box or it may be refused. |
